We recommend that you telephone to confirm availability, then print off and complete the reservation form on the next page. Bookings require a deposit equivalent to one nights stay, and bookings will only be
accepted and confirmed on this basis. This deposit is non - refundable. Credit / Debit Card or Cheque payment (supported by cheque guarantee card) for the full amount of your stay is required or cash payment of balance upon arrival.

Please note:
All Bank Holiday reservations are based on 2 persons sharing a double or twin room for a minimum stay / charge of three nights.
All tariffs include Breakfast.

We recommend that you undertake Holiday Cancellation Insurance to safeguard yourself against
cancellation charges and other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations must be in writing, by Recorded Delivery post.
No other form of cancellation will be accepted

w	Holiday cancellations are charged as follows:

w	Over 60 days notice = deposit only charged

w	60 days to 30 days = 30% of total booking charged.

w	30 days to 15 days = 50% of total booking charged.

w	15 days to 1 day = 100% of total booking charged
